At QISSEY, we believe fashion should fit you, not the other way around. When viewing any product, you can select 'CUSTOM SIZE' and enter your chest, waist, hips, shoulder, and length measurements. Our studio tailors the garment precisely to your body at no additional cost.

Use a flexible tape measure kept level against the body. Measure Chest at the fullest point, Waist at the natural narrowest waistline, Hips across the widest circumference, and Length from top shoulder seam down to your desired hemline.

We offer free standard shipping across India on orders above ₹1,999. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours. Standard courier delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on destination.

Because custom-sized garments are tailored specifically to your dimensions, we cannot accept returns unless there is a verifiable manufacturing flaw. However, we offer one complimentary alteration to guarantee your fit.

For standard sizes (XS-XL), we offer a 10-day exchange or return window from delivery date. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

We work with pure khadi cotton, natural linen, and breathable structured weaves. We recommend delicate hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning, drying in the shade, and warm ironing on the reverse.
